Position Overview:

As a Beginner Cutter, you will learn how to play a pivotal role in upholding our quality expectations and ensuring a memorable guest experience. This position requires attention to detail, willingness to learn and receive feedback, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Precision Cutting Skills: Expertise in the art of precision cutting with a focus on quality and consistency.
  • Time Management: Highly skilled in time management and adhering to cutting procedures in a fast-paced setting.
  • Customer Service: Since this position is guest-facing, excellent customer service skills are a must.
  • Leadership: This position leads the 
Key Qualifications:

  • High-Volume Kitchen Experience: Previous experience working in a high-volume kitchen environment is essential.
  • Tenure: A strong work history with demonstrated tenure in previous cutter positions.
  • Problem-solving: The ability to think on their feet and solve problems quickly and effectively is important.
  • Positive Employment History: A positive employment track record with a commitment to maintaining quality standards.
Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
